Although you can't leave far away, when you need a quiet day's rest, Adam Hanok, located in the alley of Seochon, will be a special space. Adam Hanok began with the hope that it would be a resting place and a place of thought for modern people. We want to be an alternative space for people who seek simplicity in a small but efficient space.

Although it has the structure of a traditional hanok, we created a space of harmonious place by putting modern sense products. It has a fascinating location to enjoy the Seochon, a delicious lunch in the gonggi restaurant right in front, a relaxing break at Spectre Coffee right next door, and a walk in the valley of Suseong-dong valley. Adam Hanok is consist of duplex type. 

On the first floor, there is a small living room and the second floor, there is a cozy bedroom, providing a fun experience to guests.

Private StayOn the second floor, little lower than the ceiling, there is a bed, and on one side there is a TV, so you can sit around and talk. Finish the day comfortably in this cozy place.

Adam Hanok has a small but fully ready kitchen, a cozy living room where you can talk to your loved ones, and a simple bathroom on the first floor. There is a table and TV in the bedroom on the second floor, so it is good for relaxing and having fun together. A small open air bath in the yard relieves fatigue from everyday life. In the structure of traditional Hanok, modern brand products are placed to create a harmonious reversal space. It was created with lights from George Nelson, colorful furniture from WIEEINKINO, Rareraw’s shelves, and design bedding from Milmuah. Please pay attention to the works of rising artist on one wall.

On the first floor, where the sunshine is good, there is a tea set for a warm tea. The cozy bedroom on top offers an interesting space experience.

TOWN HOTEL


Based on the small alleys of Seochon, we want to be a place where you can feel the stories and mood of the neighborhood and stay comfortably. We recommend you to take a walk around the attractive places of Seochon, such as Spectre with a good coffee taste, a Gonggi restaurant with excellent home cooking, Tongin Market and Suseong-dong Valley.

RESERVATION POLICY 


· A confirmation message will be sent to you after your transaction is submitted.

· If the transaction is not submitted within 12 hours, your reservation may be cancelled.

· You can ask for a cash receipt when you make an account transfer payment. Please apply for the request when you make a reservation.

· For any changes on reservation or cancellations, please text to the number where the reservation confirmed text message was sent. (Guest name / Check in date)

ABOUT COMMERCIAL USE


· Any commercial photography or video shoot that is unannounced is strictly prohibited.

· For commercial use, please contact us through the chatbot with the following information

HOUSE RULES


· Infants and children are also count toward the number of guest.

· Under the age of 18 without adults are not permitted to stay.

· No pets allowed

· If a guest shows up with extra people unannounced, the host has the right to turn them away.

· If you stay more than 3 nights, additional cleaning service will be arranged.

· The host reserve the right to charge individual guests or for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts of guests to the our property or structure.

· Kitchen is to be used for light cooking only and the preparation/cooking of strong aromatic foods is not allowed.

· Surveillance cameras are used on the property due to safety reasons.

· Please be careful with the stairs, guests are responsible for any related accident.

· To ensure proper hygiene, our building receives monthly pest control services. However, you can see bugs or pests due to the nature of the environment. Please note that prepaid reservations cannot be refunded due to the above issue.

· Selling or transferring reservations to others is strictly prohibited. If such an act is found, you can be held responsible.
